Item arrived quicker than expected (to the US) and very well-presented in a pretty box. However, the funnel was smashed. A replacement one was sent out immediately. I very much appreciate the service. Also, I was initially concerned about a mark on the knotwork (almost like oxidation). It was not there when I first opened the package, but had appeared by the time my husband opened it on Christmas Day. He did not mind the mark and did not want a replacement, even though the company agreed to send another. I was also impressed by this. My husband loves the flask.
