Received an item that is faulty or is not suitable? No problem, you have 365 days to exchange or return it (yes, a full year!).

We offer free (postage paid) returns for UK customers, and accept returns up to 365 days after the item has been received for all customers. Unfortunately due to the logistics, it's not possible for us to offer free worldwide returns.
All customers can download and print our returns form which includes a pre-printed return address section. UK customers can take that to the nearest Post Office for free postage, international customers can use it as an address label, but will need to pay for return postage.
All of our pewter hip flasks are handmade in the UK, by skilled craftsmen. This means that they are not all the same, and some may have characteristics which look like imperfections. Often these are a result of the manufacturing process, and are entirely normal.
If you have received an item which you believe has a manufacturer's fault with it, or it was damaged during transit, please click this link to email us with the details.
It's often helpful to attach a photo of the affected item/area to your email to help us resolve the issue quickly.
Please note that if you live outside the UK, you may not be required to return the faulty item to us but may be required to provide a photograph of the fault before a replacement is sent out.
We are happy to exchange most flasks if they are unsuitable. As many of our flasks are different prices, the easiest way to exchange a flask is to purchase the new flask in a new order, and return the unwanted one for a refund.
To return your flask to us for a refund, please send it back to us with a note of your order number and reason for return.
Items returned must be in the condition they were received in, unused and with all wrapping and tags still attached.
Unfortunately engraved or custom-made flasks cannot be exchanged unless a manufacturer's fault is found with them or they arrived damaged/broken.

Buyers must return goods within 365 days of receiving the order, and they must be unused, and in the condition they were received in.
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure any returned goods reach us in satisfactory condition.
Buyers returning goods from outside the EU must clearly state on the outside of the package and on any customs documentation that the goods are 'Returned Goods' to allow them to clear customs without generating additional charges.
