I have only one teeny tiny reservation in that I did originally ask for letters to be engraved on reverse side to image, but these were both done on same side. No matter, as it looks great, and, anyway, I should have checked the final wording of the order more thoroughly myself.Product Rating
That small thing aside, I have never received such brilliant and patient service from an online company. I would give your service 5*s without hesitation. Nothing was too much trouble, despite my various technological failings. A brilliant image was produced from a passable, but not brilliant jpeg I supplied, and really quickly too. I shall not hesitate to reccomend your company to others.

I was a little worried about ordering an engraved product online, but when it arrived it was exactly what I wanted. It looks perfect. I got a logo as well as a word engraved--the logo is in the middle of the flask with the word underneath it. And both are done perfectly. I\'m very happy with the engraving and the product.
