I left it a bit late, and was concerned that it wouldn't get to France in time for the big bash. The hip flask itself is very good - looks even better "in the flesh" than in pics. The engraving is excellent - and when I asked for a quick turn around that was provided with no fuss. 5 star service.

Item arrived quicker than expected (to the US) and very well-presented in a pretty box. However, the funnel was smashed. A replacement one was sent out immediately. I very much appreciate the service. Also, I was initially concerned about a mark on the knotwork (almost like oxidation). It was not there when I first opened the package, but had appeared by the time my husband opened it on Christmas Day. He did not mind the mark and did not want a replacement, even though the company agreed to send another. I was also impressed by this. My husband loves the flask. Delivery of the product was faster than I had expected especially as it was just before Christmas, the product was exactly as described and shown on the site and was nicely presented.

I have only one teeny tiny reservation in that I did originally ask for letters to be engraved on reverse side to image, but these were both done on same side. No matter, as it looks great, and, anyway, I should have checked the final wording of the order more thoroughly myself. That small thing aside, I have never received such brilliant and patient service from an online company. I would give your service 5*s without hesitation. Nothing was too much trouble, despite my various technological failings. A brilliant image was produced from a passable, but not brilliant jpeg I supplied, and really quickly too. I shall not hesitate to reccomend your company to others. Many many thanks for all your help.

This was a Christmas present for my father. It arrived very quickly in perfect condition. The flask itself is beautifully polished and the fishing picture is actually carved out of a pale wood/plastic and it looks awesome. Thanks!
